Our Process
You can order directly from the website, or start with a consultation. This is where we find out what your needs are, and which fireplace would suit you best. Once this is decided, we order your fire or fireplace to come as quickly as possible. For fires, delivery takes up to 10 days, and fireplaces take up to four weeks to arrive.
